the location was good and the clean facilities were available. the staff were really helpful. for safety measures it had smoke detectors. a tube station was walking distance to the place.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable bedroom at No 9 - Large 1 Bed Near Sefton Park And Lark Lane. The bed itself was incredibly comfy, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The off-street parking was definitely a bonus, and the communication from the host was excellent. The location, close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane, was perfect for exploring the city. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The entrance hall was a bit untidy and unclean, which was a downside. Additionally, the WiFi in the top floor apartment was quite poor.
